Stress, built-up tension and undigested emotions lie at the root of both physical disease and emotional unease or unhappiness. In our busy lives we hardly find the time to rest and digest all our experiences, emotions and thoughts. Or if we do make time for ourselves, we realize that we don't really know how to take care of ourselves, nurture ourselves and release what's weighing us down. This workshop is packed with exercises that help us to release and restore physically, emotionally and mentally.
Deniz takes you through a 2 hour journey of gentle breathing, gentle restorative stretches and a deep guided relaxation. We'll also use tools such as sounding to get back to a feeling of release and pleasure inside the body. Pleasure means getting in touch with the purity of our senses. To drop into the deep and unfiltered experience of what it means to be alive. Pleasure is a deeply healing practice and offers a direct gateway to embodied presence.
The journey is concluded with a group meditation on compassion which helps us to drop our masks and connect with ourselves, each other and life from the purity of our hearts.
